I love Lou's cats. So colorful and fun. This one has a silver background by his head. (I so want to keep this one...lol)

Lou is framing them in a lovely black frame with glass and spacers. Spacers keep the painting away from the glass so it will never stain or smudge from condensation.

Who Is Amy?

Amy Davis is my daughter Erin's best friend. Amy's husband Rick is Erin's husbands best friend and Amy's daughters, Aryanna, 12 and Allesandra 6, are best friends with Erin's daughters.

A few months ago , Amy was diagnosed with ALS. Lou Gehrig's disease to which there is no known cure. I still have a difficult time wrapping my brain around this whole diagnosis. Amy, not even 40, is beautiful, vibrant and has such a grace to her.

She and her family will need financial help that insurance doesn't quite cover as time goes by. Motorized wheel chair, ramps into her home that would extend to the car. Winters in New Hampshire can be crazy.

So, "For Amy" is my small way of helping. My plan is to do small, or large plein air artworks and sell them at reasonable prices. 100% of the sale will go directly to Amy and her family.
